Anne Raup / Anchorage Daily News -- Subsistence fishermen use dipnets to pull red salmon out of the Kenai River Tuesday July 14, 2009. Dozens of dipnetters found a healthy slug of fish beginning their journey up the river to spawn. In the distance, Redoubt Volcano continues to steam, although the eruption level has been downgraded.
